Mortgage Pre-Approval

To set yourself up for a smooth and successful home purchase, getting pre approved is perhaps the most productive first step you can take. It
strengthens your buying credibility and speeds up the closing process.

Property Search / Viewing

Once we have a clear understanding of your future home needs, we will schedule appointments to view potential properties and compare the pros and cons.

Make your offer

When you finally find the home that you love, your agent will help make your offer stand out. It is critical to have all documents in order when submitting a strong offer. You have one chance to make the first and best impression in the seller's eye to win the deal.

Under Contract

After your offer is accepted you will schedule a home inspection before signing the contract to ensure there are no issues with the home. Once the contract is signed by all parties and the escrow deposit is paid, you will then secure a home loan and insurance, schedule the closing, and certify funds for closing.

Before you close

Set the moving date and reserve a moving company, confirm all contingencies are resolved, and schedule a final walk-through of the property

Printed confirmation of wire transfer or certified check, government-issued photo IDs, social security numbers, proof of homeowners insurance, copy of the contract.

  • This is an agreement to engage with a professional real estate agent to consult, show homes, negotiate contracts, and advocate.
  • It will establish the length of the agreement
  • It shows the agent/broker's services and responsibilities
  • It explains the agreement's exclusivity between Broker and client, what fees are owed for services rendered, and how to terminate the agreement. It mentions additional fees if the buyer signs with more than one agent.
  • It provides a clear explanation of the various ways an agent can be compensated for their services to the Buyer.
